Ticket Policies and Procedures may be amended or modified at any time. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current policies and procedures to which you are bound. Your use of Tickets after the posting of modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept this Agreement, you may not use the tickets.
For the safety and comfort of all fans, every person entering Raymond James Stadium, regardless of age, height or size, must have a ticket to gain admission. This includes infants. Ticket stubs should be retained throughout the game to allow ushers to verify the seat location to which the ticket holder is entitled. Once you have entered Raymond James Stadium, you will not be permitted to leave and reenter.
Admission Tickets are revocable licenses allowing the holder permission to enter the stadium and use a spectator seat for the date and time specified on the ticket. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected at the sole discretion of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (“Club”) and/or Stadium, subject to refund (or without refund if the ticket holder is disorderly or fails to comply with these ticket terms, Stadium rules and regulations or any security measures).
YOUR PERSON AND YOUR BELONGINGS MAY BE SEARCHED UPON ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM. BY PRESENTING TICKET AND BY ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM, YOU CONSENT TO SUCH SEARCHES AND WAIVE ANY RELATED CLAIMS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE AGAINST THE NFL, ITS MEMBER CLUBS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS AGENTS. IF YOU ELECT NOT TO CONSENT TO THESE SEARCHES, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM.
THE DATE AND TIME OF THE GAME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE NFL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS SCHEDULING POLICIES OR AS A RESULT OF OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND THE NFL AND/OR CLUBS’S CONTROL. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF TICKET HOLDER CANNOT ATTEND RESCHEDULED GAME.
Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the game or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. Ticket holder therefore agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, licensors, cobranders or other partners and employees from and against all liabilities, claims and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by ticket holder or any third party due to or arising out of ticket holder’s use of ticket.
Florida law prohibits any individual or entity to sell or purchase tickets at any price on Stadium property without prior express written consent of the Tampa Sports Authority.
